Junior Fitness Classes

Hey teens! Want to get into awesome shape? How would you like to get better at your particular sport? Team USA TKD Junior Fitness Class will improve your endurance, agility, reaction time, long jump, high jump, and flexibility. Whatever your sport is... soccer, basketball, baseball, football, martial arts, etc.... our program guarantees to improve your skills dramatically. So turn off the TV, break away from the computer, and run on down to Team USA Taekwon-Do Fitness to try our fitness class. The first lesson is FREE, so there is no excuse for you not to begin your journey to a fitter, healthier, more energized you!

Team USA TKD Junior Fitness Class was designed specifically to help the youth in our community become more aware of their health and fitness. The classes are for teens, ages 12 through 17, but private one-on-one training is offered to anyone younger than 12 or older than 17. These private lessons are available in an hour, 45 minute, or 1 hour intervals.
