Personal training

Team USA TKD Fitness provides personal training for those who prefer personalize instruction. Clients are able to work-out at their own fitness level and at a time that suits their schedule. We offer personal training in physical fitness/conditioning which is designed to increase your fitness level, sculpt and tone your body. Personal training is also offered for Kickboxing; Taekwon-Do; Self-defense and Sparring. Training sessions are available in 1/2 hour; 45 mins & 1 hour increments.
