Mixed martial arts (MMA), is a combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling. MMA has grown in popularity in recent years but Team USA TKD Fitness has been teaching MMA for over twenty five years. Team USA TKD Fitness MMA classes are based on traditional taekwondo, kickboxing, boxing, Hapkido, and grappling. We offer classes for the beginning student as well as the competitive enthusiast. Abbreviated drills and exercises are also offered for beginning students and those who prefer non-contact.
